Mission Statement
- To protect and preserve the property rights of all citizens as guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States of America.
- To limit the ability of Local and State government to impose restrictive rules and regulations on property owners.
- Confiscation without compensation -To expose and stop the taking of property by excessive and invasive rules, regulations and the misuse of eminent domain.
- To be involved with our lawmakers when property regulations are being proposed.
- To promote and protect a healthy business and community environment.
- To support environmental programs that are sensible, equitable and do not infringe on the rights of property owners.
- To be a true, honest, valuable non-partisan source of information for our members and the general public pertaining to property issues.
