Dealing with the office of planning and zoning is an adversarial experience.

The permit process has become to complicated, expensive and has too much bureaucracy.

Anonymous zoning complaints are wrong, you have the right to know your accuser.

That proper due process of the law was or is not being followed by Anne Arundel County.

Given excessive or improper fines.

Mission Statement


  • To protect and preserve the property rights of all citizens as guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States of America.


  • To limit the ability of Local and State government to impose restrictive rules and regulations on property owners.


  • Confiscation without compensation -To expose and stop the taking of property by excessive and invasive rules, regulations and the misuse of eminent domain.


  • To be involved with our lawmakers when property regulations are being proposed.


  • To promote and protect a healthy business and community environment.


  • To support environmental programs that are sensible, equitable and do not infringe on the rights of property owners.


  • To be a true, honest, valuable non-partisan source of information for our members and the general public pertaining to property issues.
